Note to new bloggers

I know it is tempting when you go through a personal blog to want to create one of your own. But get this clear before committing one of the most stupid acts in your life: unless you are some kind of celebrity, no one will bother to know where you went today or what you did with your hair. Now you might tell me, "but Antish, I saw some personal blogs which are really successful" Then I'll tell you to shut the fuck up and notice that the only persons who visit the said successful blog are the author's friends. Yeah you got it... Personal blogs are just an extension of social networks. It can be basically seen as a group of lesser important friends revolving around a more important friend (the owner of the blog). Lesser important friends will comment on the blog of the author to maintain their friendship or because they veneer the sacred words of their friend. Now with this description you will think I am pinpointing some known bloggers in the Mauritian community. For once, you are right.
